Week 17 – Update
Read more: Week 17 – UpdateDay 119 – End of Week Seventeen – 17 November. 2kg (4.4 lbs) weight loss. Total weight loss, to date: 22.9kg (50.5 lbs / 3st 8.5lbs). That’s 20.8% of my starting body weight. Muscle Mass increased to 74.0%. Fat Mass dropping to 22.1%. So, another consistent successful week.
