Here we are again with another new high protein low carb slow cooker recipe from Scott Baptie Food for Fitness.

Just 324 calories, 39g protein, 6g carbs, 16g fat per serving.


Chorizo, onions, carrots, celery sticks, garlic, lean beef mince, chopped tomatoes, paprika, oregano, cornflour, white wine, tomato puree

Fry the chorizo in the pan, until it starts to release the fat. Then add the onions, carrots and celery. Fry until the onions turn golden brown (5-10 mins)

Add the garlic and continue cooking for a further 30 seconds. Then transfer to the slow cooker.

Now add the mince to the frying pan and brown. Drain excess liquid before transferring the mince to the slow cooker.

Add the remaining ingredients, stir and cook on low for around 6 hours.
