    I’m using the Nutracheck app to keep track of food intake and goals in addition to the Withings app that takes data from my body scan scales and blood pressure monitor. It rewarded me with a rosette this morning… 8.3lbs (3.8kg) in 17 days. My first half stone gone! Share this post
