It’s 06:45 and I’m leaving the house, getting in the car and driving to the gym. Now, I do visit the gym every weekday morning but not usually quite this early. Today marks another big step on my fitness journey… attending my first ever gym class.
Day 119 – End of Week Seventeen – 17 November. 2kg (4.4 lbs) weight loss. Total weight loss, to date: 22.9kg (50.5 lbs / 3st 8.5lbs). That’s 20.8% of my starting body weight. Muscle Mass increased to 74.0%. Fat Mass dropping to 22.1%. So, another consistent successful week.
Here we are again with another new high protein low carb slow cooker recipe from Scott Baptie Food for Fitness. Just 324 calories, 39g protein, 6g carbs, 16g fat per serving.
Day 117 and I’ve reached the 3 ½ Stone Milestone! The weight loss continues consistently as muscle mass continues to increase. I’ve Got This!
