Total weight loss, to date
19.2kg (42.3 lbs / 3st)

Which is a loss of 17.5% of my starting body weight.

It’s been a successful week, even with just 0.5kg of weight loss!

I’ve started taking Creatine Monohydrate which is one of the most successful supplements available. It’s proven to help increase muscle mass when combined with resistance training. One of the effects of Creatine is that muscles take on water.

Muscle mass has increased this week by 1.6% to 72% whilst fat mass has reduced to 24.3%.

With Muscle and Fat Mass both continuing on their trajectories, other key metrics – Visceral Fat and Lean Mass also continue to improve.

In the gym... 4 treadmill sessions, 3 Matty the PT sessions, 7 saunas and 15 cold showers 🙂

1 ParkRun – another personal best.

Matty introduced me to the deadlift on Tuesday and bench press on Thursday. These are going to be an important part of my gym program going forward as I literally get to grips with their form.

I now have Saturday off from ParkRun as I’m otherwise engaged on a Jaguar event – along with Coach Ken – but I will be back in Stanley Park next Saturday morning, following another busy week in the gym.
