End of Week Thirteen – 20th October
1.8kg (4 lbs) weight loss

17.8kg (39.3 lbs / 2st 11.3lbs)

Which is a loss of 16.2% of my starting body weight

Yesterday was a busy day… 60 minutes being tortured at the hands of Sports Masseur Andy plus 2 hrs 45 mins at the gym for a short warm-up treadmill, followed by 60 minutes with Matty the PT focussing on upper body doing press-ups, planks, TRX row, shoulder press, chest press, assisted press-ups, followed by a short treadmill cool down, and topped off with 20 minutes in the sauna.

The week itself has been quite busy too. Another 6 days in the gym, 2 sessions with Matty the PT, 5 sessions on the treadmill, 6 saunas and loads of cold showers, and not forgetting my first ParkRun last Saturday and a pleasant walk along Lancaster Canal on Sunday afternoon (an hour before hitting the treadmill 🙂 ).

Another 4 lbs lost this week and added 1.4% muscle mass.
