16.1kg (36 lbs / 2st 8lbs)

Which is a loss of 14.6% of my starting body weight

You guessed it, another busy week 🙂 6 days in the gym, 2 sessions with Matty the PT, 4 sessions on the treadmill, 6 saunas and loads of cold showers. Tuesday is now lower body work work day (lunges, kettle bell deadlifts, squats, etc) and Thursdays concentrate on upper body (press-ups, half crunches, russian twists, TRX row, shoulder press, bicep curls, etc).

Another 2 lbs lost this week and added 1% muscle mass.
