With joining the gym now just 6 days away, one of the things I’ve been working on over the past few days has been increasing my activity levels. Body weight exercises and walking to loosen up a bit. Started building up on Thursday with 4000 steps, then 5000 on Friday. By Saturday I decided just to go to the 10000 and I’ve maintained that number every day since.
Daily Steps Average is creeping up… now in the top 21% in my age range.
