A new component to my training in 2024 is going to be a weighted vest.

A weighted vest can enhance your workouts by increasing resistance, promoting calorie burn, and improving strength and endurance. It’s particularly effective for bodyweight exercises, such as squats and push-ups, adding intensity without bulky equipment. Additionally, it can help improve bone density and enhance cardiovascular fitness.

I opted for the Gravity Fitness 20kg Weighted Vest which comes with multiple steel plates to allow for variable weight to suit.
