During a WhatsApp chat I asked my mate Ken for some advice regarding diet having just placed an order for Huel (a protein/meal replacement supplement). His response was to use products from The Protein Works due to them having a better taste and a “lower carb profile”.

So Diet Meal Replacement powders were ordered from The Protein Works and the diet was due to start the following day. Question was “would it be Huel or the Protein Works products that would kick things off?”

Whilst asking for Ken’s advice, I also asked if he would offer me friendly support as I started my weight loss “journey”, something he was more than happy to do.

Little did I know where that support would lead me. It wouldn’t be too much longer before Chief Officer Ken would assume the role of Coach Ken!
