    Day 98 and I’ve reached the 3 Stone Milestone! And the consistency continues… The first stone (6.35kg) milestone was reached on day 31, the second stone 36 days later on day 67. And now on day 98 just another 31 days to lose another stone and reach the 3 Stone (19.1kg) Milestone. I’ve Got This!…

    Day 67 and I’ve reached the 2 stone Milestone! It only seems like 36 days since I hit the 1 stone milestone – oh it was! 31 days to lose the first stone (14lbs / 6.35kg) and then just 36 days for the second! 2 stone (28lbs / 12.7kg) total weight loss in 67 days…
