Banging Beef Curry

I can’t wait for this tonight… smells amazing.

Coconut oil, ginger, garlic and red onion into the pan for a few minutes.

Add tomato puree, garam masala and curry powder. Stir and cook for another minute.

Add the lean diced beef steak, stir and cook for a few minutes until starting to brown.

Then transfer to the slow cooker.

Stir in two tablespoons of plain floor and pour over 400ml of coconut milk.

Cook on low for 7 hours.

This makes 6 portions. Can’t wait.
