A busy week… as they all are these days. It started off with another JaguarForum meet last weekend. Two hotel nights away and more restaurant menus to navigate. Being forced to miss a PT session due to work commitments, I made up for it by visiting JD Gym in Derby early on Saturday morning before catching the tail end of breakfast, armed with Super Greens and Protein Breakfast Shakes.

I started with a cold on Tuesday which has left me feeling a bit rubbish during this week but I still managed to squeeze in three cardio sessions, two personal training sessions with Matty the PT, one sports physio session and five saunas.

Another 3 lbs lost this week is amazing consistency, averaging 3.1 lbs per week, and means the next half stone milestone is just 1 lb away, just 10 days after reaching the 2st milestone.
