Day 126 -End of Week Eighteen – 24 November. 0.4kg (0.9 lbs) weight loss. Total weight loss, to date 23.6kg (52 lbs / 3st 10lbs). That’s 21.5% of my starting body weight. Muscle Mass increased to 75.2%. Fat Mass dropping to 20.8%.
