Another amazing Scott Baptie Food for Fitness recipe, one of my favourites and quite easy to whip up a tasty high-protein chicken meal.

Chicken breasts cut into thin strips and mixed with an egg until coated. Then dipped into a mix of panko breadcrumbs, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.

Then straight into the air fryer at 180C for 15 minutes.

The end result… tasty crispy chicken strips. 38g protein per serving.
