Death By Rowing

Death By Rowing is a simple challenge, courtesy of Coach Ken, making use of the Rowing Machine.

  • Row 500m, time it takes is the time you rest after
  • Row 400m, time it takes is the time you rest after
  • And so on until 100m

Ken is aiming to do this weekly, whilst on board his container ship, on Thursdays and I’m looking to incorporate it into my routine on Sundays.
